Could you share a pivotal moment or challenge that shaped your approach to DEI and led you to focus on representation, allyship and belonging?Alejandro: To be honest, it has not been that challenging. Our employees are welcoming and engaged. A pivotal moment for me was working with our DEI council to create our strategic framework, which includes an ambition, five strategic pillars, areas of work and KPIs.
