PRESIDENT’S REPORT 
The Gala evening provided delegates with an opportunity to mingle and connect beyond the technical programme, to strengthen professional 
relationships and celebrate the achievements of the global ISTA community

Looking ahead, I am confident that the 
momentum we have built this year will carry us 
forward as we continue to expand ISTA’s reach, 
deepen our partnerships, and uphold the highest 
standards of seed testing for the benefit of global 
agriculture.
Acknowledgement of the Letter of Collaboration 
between ISTA and the National Seed Association 
of Rwanda (NASR)
Janek Bartel, as the new ISTA Rules Chair, led 
the session during the Ordinary General Meeting 
where members can vote on proposed changes 
to the International Rules for Seed Testing
