HOW DO YOU APPROACH CHANGE? 1. Communicate, communicate, communicate! Change is very rarely just about you; it requires predictable, ongoing check ins with those around us and that creates clarity and a unified direction. 2. I seek it out (sometimes at my own expense) with the goal of trying to make something better. But if I find myself unsatisfied, I think about this quote: “Change your thoughts and you change your world.” There’s almost always a positive, even if it’s hidden. 3. The only constant in life is change. 4. Know that it will happen, like it or not. Enjoy the unpredictability. 5. I find change can be very tough but with good communication for all involved, it can happen smoothly and with less resistance.
