ABM CEO and co- founder As CEO, Dan Custis oversees all com- pany financial, marketing and sales operations, as well as new product development. Custis’ agricultural expertise is centered in the fungicide and insecticide seed treatment and legume inoculant markets. He has worked for and held various positions with national and multinational com- panies. Custis received his bachelor of science in agriculture from Eastern Kentucky University and his master’s in business with a focus on small busi- ness development and startups from Regent University. DAN CUSTIS Haldrup USA Managing Director TAMRA BOUCHER A native of Indiana, Tamra holds a bachelor of science degree in public relations and political science from Ball State University. As managing director of Haldrup USA, she over- sees all aspects of the company’s operations. She joined Haldrup in 2014 and has been involved from the beginning in its launch and in pro- moting the brand in North America. Meridian Manufacturing Industrial Sales Manager TERRY FRIESEN Terry has worked with Meridian for over three decades, starting in 1980 as a truck driver, moving to welding, then on to sales. He is now the com- pany’s industrial sales manager for the United States and Canada. Based out of Lethbridge, Alberta, he directs all sales projects and non-standard product offerings on the bulk storage side of Meridian’s business.
