PETKUS North America Seed Technology Center PETKUS is proving commitment to the Americas through investment in the most complete test facility of its kind in North America. The PETKUS North America Seed Tech Center is capable of running full, commercial capacity runs to prove innovative equipment capabi- lities for markets in North and South America. This level of commitment was necessary to fully prove our approach to seed conditioning without a margin of error found when mocking up from small lab size testing. Our capabilities at this site include Optical Sorting with more accuracy than currently accepted in the seed market. We also can showcase equipment aimed at improving efficiencies like the elimination of the need to run a “middling fraction” on a gravity/ density separator. And because we see compounding changes in the seed treatment sector of the market, we can test our MultiCoater system that rivals results only found in the pharmaceutical industries. So if you want to “treat” your seed more special than previously possible, we are equipped to help.
