John has a history of product development and technical management experience in seed treatments. With an extensive background in global crop protection formulations with deep knowledge of seed treatment technology and market needs, his experience includes application, regulatory, efficacy, product launch and commercial support. Alan Taylor is professor of seed science & technology at Cornell University in New York. The emphasis of Alan’s research is on post-harvest aspects including seed treatments and coating technologies. Projects range from applied seed technology to more fundamental aspects of seed biology on vegetable crop, hemp, agronomic crop and biofuel crop seeds. Russell Trischuk is regional technical manager for BASF Functional Crop Care is Saskatoon, Sask. In addition to his marketing role, Russell is also the BASF Canadian plant health research lead, and is responsible for managing the research program and facility located at Innovation Place.
