The Independent Professional Seed Association plans to send a delegation to Cuba to discuss trade and economic development, signalling another historic step forward in relations between American and Cuban agriculture and seed.
The trip will take place July 17-21.
“We look forward to meeting with Cuban Ministry of Agriculture officials, university personnel and will even take some farm tours, which we’re really excited about,” said IPSA CEO Todd Martin. “The focus will be opportunities for independent seed companies in Cuba. Business development opportunities will be discussed and we will implement some clear paths forward.”
If you are interested, there are limited slots available — the delegation will consist of no more than 20 people. Please contact Martin at 901-831-1057 or at todd.martin@independentseeds.com for full details.
