Advanta, an international supplier of proprietary agricultural crop genetics and seed, hires of James Puent and Caleb Stewart as sales account managers.
Puent will be responsible for sales of the Phoenix seed corn brand in Northwest Kansas, and Stewart will be responsible for sales in southeast Kansas/northeast Oklahoma. In their roles, they will offer agronomic and technical support to customers through on-farm consultation and product training.
“James and Caleb are experienced, talented salesmen who are devoted to helping growers find the right solutions to meet their needs,” says Barry Lubbers, director of sales for Advanta US. “Our goal is to provide the highest levels of service and support as possible to growers, and we are confident James and Caleb will serve as knowledgeable assets to our customers.”
Puent is a Certified Crop Adviser with more than 13 years of experience in agricultural sales and most recently worked for Ag Valley Co-op. He is based in Norton, Kansas. Stewart has a background in crop consulting and agronomy with nearly 10 years of experience in sales and agriculture. He covers his sales territory from Parsons, Kansas.
Phoenix hybrids distributed by Advanta are specially selected for the unique growing conditions of the High Plains and western states. Phoenix brand corn is available through Advanta in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico and Texas.
