Minnesota’s Land O’Lakes, Inc. hires Tim Scott as senior vice president and chief marketing officer. Scott will join Land O’Lakes April 22.
Scott brings years of experience to Land O’Lakes, where he will lead brand strategy and execution across Land O’Lakes’ family of respected brands in agribusiness and food production, including seed treatment supplier WinField Solutions.
Scott comes to Land O’Lakes from McGarryBowen where he his served as president and CEO of international. Prior to working at McGarryBowen, Scott held various leadership positions at DDB Worldwide, FCB and JWT.

As CMO, Scott will oversee business-to-consumer and business-to-business branding and marketing strategies. He will also be responsible for building marketing competencies across all businesses and geographies for Land O’Lakes, and he will have oversight for FLM+, a recently acquired and wholly owned subsidiary of Land O’Lakes. Scott succeeds Barry Wolfish, who transitions to a new role within Land O’Lakes — senior vice president of M&A and Ventures.
