SGS SA has announced that Chris Kirk will be stepping down as CEO of the Group.
Effective March 12, Frankie Ng, currently executive vice president for SGS Industrial Services will be appointed as the Group’s new CEO. Ng joined SGS in 1994 and has held various positions in China and in the United States.
The SGS board of directors would like to thank Chris Kirk for his unwavering dedication to the company and looks forward to his continuing contribution as a director.
