To better serve the industrial vegetation management (IVM) industry with top talent, Environmental Science, a division of Bayer CropScience LP has announced the team of professionals who will lead the company’s growing IVM business.
Following the recent Bayer acquisition of strategic DuPont Land Management assets, Norman Barclift and David Spak are both taking on new roles within the Bayer IVM business ― Barclift as head of marketing and Spak as stewardship and development manager. Mathew Nespeca will continue to serve as head of commercial operations, and Michael Biscieglia will serve as western sales manager for the IVM business.
“The new and stronger Bayer IVM business is uniquely positioned to deliver the next generation of IVM innovation and risk management solutions,” says Mark Schneid, chief marketing officer for Environmental Science North America. “As Bayer expands its role as a market leader in the IVM industry, we are continuing to invest in building a world class team designed to add critical value to our customers and the markets we serve.”
