Norway-based Agrinos AS, which specializes in biological solutions, has appointed John Janczak as the company’s new chief financial officer.
Janczak will lead finance, investor relations and corporate communications globally. Prior to joining Agrinos, he served as CFO and president of Falcon Steel Company. He has also held financial management positions at Cardinal Health, Inc., Sears Holdings and MMD Holdings, Inc.
“John brings outstanding financial expertise and leadership to Agrinos at a critical time,” says Ry Wagner, Agrinos CEO. “As Agrinos grows and transitions from a global headquarters to a corporate-hub business model, we are focused on bringing critical business functions to our U.S.-based office.”
