Lisa Branco is the General Manager of Radicle Seed, where she leads strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations for the company’s independent seed business. With deep roots in California agriculture, Lisa brings more than a decade of experience in research coordination, grower relations, and policy advocacy.
Prior to joining Radicle Seed, she held key roles at the Western Plant Health Association and the California Wheat Commission, where she worked closely with stakeholders across the ag value chain. Lisa earned her degree in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University and is known for her strong leadership and commitment to advancing seed and sustainability innovation.
