Germains Seed Technology has appointed Jeff Fletcher as Head of Commercial, North America.
With more than 15 years of sales leadership experience in the agriculture industry, Fletcher brings expertise in the sector, an extensive network, and a background in agronomy and grower-focused solutions.
Fletcher previously served as national director of sales at Indigo Ag, where he led commercial strategy and execution across multiple product lines. His career includes key leadership roles in sales and business development, strengthening his ability to support growers and industry partners.
A Texas A&M University graduate, Fletcher holds a bachelor’s degree in agricultural development with a minor in agronomy. His deep connection to farming allows him to engage with growers and industry professionals effectively.
Based in Texas, Fletcher will work remotely but will frequently visit Germains’ Gilroy, California, location. His experience, work ethic, and collaborative approach align with Germains’ efforts to expand its seed technology offerings in North America.
