Corteva Agriscience may be new to the licensing space, but it’s ready to invest in a significant way and it’s committed to operating in the licensing space for the long term. Scott Schulz, Corteva’s U.S. Seed Licensing and Distribution Leader, says licensing is a great opportunity for Corteva to partner with independent seed companies to provide options that haven’t been available in the independent space previously.
“We’re new in this space so we have a lot of respect for the independent seed companies that are out there today that we partner with, or we’ll hopefully partner with in the future as we go forward. They do a phenomenal job of servicing the customers that they sell to… We hope to add to that as an organization and again provide them choices, other options that they can then take out to their customers.”
