Millborn Seeds announced its acquisition of State Line Seed Company located in Sherman, South Dakota, according to a release. The acquisition will allow Millborn Seeds to continue to expand their seed procurement and delivery.
State Line Seed Company is a seed cleaning facility that works with customers throughout the U.S. The acquisition is an investment for Millborn Seeds to continue to move forward with new equipment and facilities.
“With a vision to provide the highest quality products to our customers, State Line Seed Company is a great addition to the Millborn organization,” said Matt Fenske, CEO of Millborn Seeds. “The location and facilities will allow us to grow our production capabilities and move product to our customers even quicker through our advanced network of production and distribution.”
The acquisition is complete and Millborn Seeds will look at expanding production at the facility in the future.
