Chantland MHS’ Model AP2300 Bag Placing & Filling System is designed to automatically place and fill paper, plastic and poly-woven open-mouth bags in conjunction with new or existing net weigh bag filling scales.

This system can be integrated into existing bagging operations using net weigh scales to automatically place and fill bags, allowing employees to support other production functions and increasing productivity.

And where new or updated packaging lines are being considered, the system can also be supplied with any of our net weigh bag filling scales to meet specific production requirements.

The AP2300 system features easy-to-understand touch screen operator interface, is fully adjustable to accommodate differing bag sizes, permits bag changeovers in less than 1 minute without the use of tools, uses a minimal amount of replacement parts for long term performance and ease of maintenance, has clear safety enclosure with safety interlocked doors for optimal visibility and access, and utilizes quick-release connections and casters to allow easy removal for cleaning and access to the bagging scale.

As part of our firm quoted price every system Chantland MHS designs and builds is fully assembled and tested in our factory prior to shipment. Our customers are invited to witness their system test first-hand where Chantland project managers and service technicians will personally introduce you to the system components and controls.
