Collaboration to Bring the Next Wave of Technology

After more than 20 years in the agricultural industry, Bayer Head of Global Asset Management SeedGrowth Ralf Glaubitz says he’s still excited for the future of ag. While many technologies have been realized over the past two decades, there’s still room to improve.

“It starts with plant-based nutrition and with the seeds,” he says. “What excites me most is that you can achieve growth through innovation, passion and commitment and that’s fundamentally what myself and my team at Bayer stands for.”

The drive to innovate is shared across the industry, he adds. “There’s a strong will to go and develop even further to innovate and collaborate.”

Despite a pandemic over the past 18 months, companies from multi-national to regional to startups are finding ways to work together to bring solutions to the farm gate. This collaborative spirit and bringing the right passionate people together can help bring step-change technologies to the forefront.

“This collaboration is the model for success and that excites me,” Glaubitz says.
