At the 30th Annual Independent Professional Seed Association Conference in Indian Wells, California, Alex Martin sat down with Kassidy Kimpling, a senior at the University of Illinois who’s majoring in agricultural leadership education. She’s had a passion for sales since she was in high school, where she started a record book for fall decoration items such as mums and pumpkins, and she’s not leaving that passion behind. After school, Kimpling plans to take a job with Corteva Agriscience as a crop protection sales representative.
