Tim Greene Elected President of Burrus Brothers & Associated Growers.
Burrus Brothers and Associated Growers has announced the appointment of Tim Greene as their new President. Tim assumed responsibilities upon election, and is succeeding his father-in-law Tom Burrus, who passed away in October.
Tim Greene previously served as Vice President of Burrus Brothers and Associated Growers and part-owner of Burrus Seed Farms, Inc. Tim is a graduate of Illinois College and has over 26 years of experience developing sales teams and overseeing account and territory management in the seed industry.
“Our goal is to preserve the legacy left by Tom and those before him by advancing the company for future generations and the betterment of the seed industry,” says Greene. “I see a bright future for our company, and am excited for the independent space in the seed industry.”
