CropLife America members elected Keith Thomas, CEO of Vive Crop Protection, to its Board of Directors for a 3-year term.
“We look forward to the business experience and academic perspective Keith brings to the CLA Board,” says Jay Vroom, CropLife America CEO. “These qualities, combined with his interest in the role the industry plays in sustainability aligned with our technology innovation, makes him a great addition to the main governance body of CropLife.
Thomas agrees, adding: “Innovation is incredibly important to farmers today. Using new technologies we can improve sustainability, productivity and crop quality. As an innovative, technology-based company, we are proud to be part of this industry.”
Thomas is also a governor of the University of Toronto and chairs its Business Board.
