R. Foley Services, LLC (RFS Global) announces the expansion of its global evaluation, consulting, and planning resources with the addition of Paul E. Rensner, PhD. Rensner has a career of agricultural product research and development experience including hands-on field test execution, global biology R&D management, strategic product development, innovation project management, global field development management, and contract field research.

While formally educated in Entomology, Rensner has successfully advanced global projects for weed, plant disease, nematode and insect control. His experience includes work with plant health and yield enhancement materials, whether chemical, biological, or fertilizer-based. Paul is experienced with materials applied to seed, soil, or foliage. He has also worked to move materials through Discovery, Development, Product Defense, and Label Expansion stage gate objectives.
