Seed World will host a webinar Jan. 19 at 1 p.m. Eastern that looks at the importance of in-furrow technologies and how they impact seedling development. As seed-applied technologies have become increasingly popular, experts have tried to balance what goes on the seed versus what can be placed next to it.
Participants will hear from Brian Kuehl, West Central director of product development, about the role of in-furrow technologies and their importance today, as well as how LIFT (Leaders of In-Furrow Technology) came to be. Additionally, Adrian Duehl, Bayer product development manager will discuss the importance of compatibility between in-furrow technologies and seed treatments, and what you need to know about biologicals. Participants will also hear from Caren Schmidt about the latest science behind in-furrow technologies and what she’s seeing in the field.
