REPORTING TO: Vice President of Sales & Marketing
JOB LEVEL: Mid-Level – 4-5 Years of relevant experience in the seed or agriculture sector
LOCATIONS: Based in Europe (EMEA region), remote
ABOUT US:
Seed World Group (SWG) operates two main divisions:
Media: Built upon 5 core media properties across Europe, the United States, Latin America, and Canada.
CREATE: A consultancy focusing on STRATEGY, ENGAGEMENT, and DIGITAL solutions. Our mission is to identify innovative solutions to assist our ever-growing clientele in the seed sector.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Apply consultative selling techniques to engage with small, mid, and large-scale companies within the global seed sector.
• Lead activities to generate client engagement and identify growth opportunities.
• Prospect into multiple organizations via cold-calling, networking, e-mail/e-marketing, and utilizing internet information sources.
• Articulate the company’s value proposition clearly to decision-makers within the seed sector.
• Promote advertising and marketing solutions to professionals in the seed sector.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience in a professional marketing/sales position within the seed or agriculture sector.
• Strong understanding of the seed sector’s dynamics, challenges, and opportunities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on client service.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills.
