Germains Seed Technology recently announced Agnieszka Szkurlat as their new business director for Europe, according to a release.
As the European business director, Szkurlat will head Germains’ European business. She will be responsible for all the crucial European markets and facilities across the UK, the Netherlands and Spain.
“I am honored to be appointed business director for Europe. Having worked with many teams across the business, from quality to commercial and supply chain to operations, I’ve learnt a great deal about the business and market, and I am excited to lead the European business through the challenges and opportunities ahead in partnership with colleagues and customers,” said Szkurlat.
Szkurlat has been with Germains Seed Technoogy for 14 years, continuing to move up over the years as a passionate advocate for new opportunities. She began as a process analyst for the company’s AB Sugar Group in the seed priming department. After excelling at that role, she was promoted to her former position as the European head of operations.

As she takes on her new role, Szkurlat will continue to work towards her MBA at the University of East Anglia.
