As members are taking the time to finish the final agenda item for the event — a Members Only Session about Vegetables and Ornamentals Working Group – we can now reflect on what a success the conference has been.
The Euroseeds Congress started the event with the following statement — The EU Green Deal and its Farm to Fork and Biodiversity Strategies: Can plant breeding and seed innovation deliver?
Euroseeds brought together a plethora of experts to take a deep dive into those individual aspects that together will be decisive for the ability of the plant breeding and seed innovation sector to successfully contribute to a truly sustainable Green Deal.
Whether looking at cereals and pulses, oil and fibre crops, forages, maize, vegetables or ornamentals, the Euroseeds Congress really had something for everyone in each end of the seed sector.
