Moore Seeds, located in Debolt, Alberta, has significant market share presence in the Peace River turfgrass and forage crop seed production area, with sales across the Canadian, U.S. and European export markets._x000D_

The acquisition remains subject to the satisfaction of closing conditions, and has an expected closing date in July 2017. Financial details were not disclosed.
