Currently, he serves as Chairman of Canada Lands Company Limited (a Canadian Crown Corporation), and as a Director of Medifocus Inc., Square Canada Inc., and Stroud Resources Inc. In addition, Walsh is the managing director of Walsh Delta Group Inc., a firm specializing in leadership, governance, strategy, and performance improvement._x000D_

He holds a master of business administration (MBA) degree in finance from Southern Illinois University and a designation as a Chartered Director from McMaster University, Hamilton, Ontario and the Conference Board of Canada.
