Olesko joins the team with more than 14 years of sales, marketing and leadership experience in the agriculture industry, representing brands such as Monsanto, Novozymes BioAg and Innovative Ag Products (IAP). In these roles, Olesko has experience in evaluating new product opportunities, aligning sales objectives with market positions and strategically planning distribution and retail accounts at the field and corporate level._x000D_

Olesko is an alumnus of the University of Saskatchewan’s College of Agriculture, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in crop science. Paired with a customer-focused and passionate work ethic, Olesko’s expertise will be key to Verdesian’s success in Western Canada, according to the company.
