AgriThority an agricultural science consultancy specializing in accelerating new technologies to commercialization in markets around the world, welcomes AJ Ornellas as account manager for Brazil and Latin America.
Ornellas, a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in marketing and sales for crop protection and seed companies in Brazil and Latin America, brings a solid business development capability to AgriThority and clients. He has played an integral role in the creation and development of strategic campaigns for new products, from market research to brand development and distribution. Throughout his career, Ornellas has successfully introduced new crop protection and seed-applied technologies, as well as a cotton seed, in established markets by setting objectives, building strategies, developing plans and monitoring results.
As AgriThority Account Manager for Brazil, Ornellas is responsible for business development and management for AgriThority clients in his region, as well as all of Latin America. He will provide project management for product and field development services and will direct business development services to commercialize new products. He also will provide valuable insight to clients as they launch technologies in new markets.

Prior to joining AgriThority, Ornellas held marketing positions with Bayer Crop Science S.A. and DuPont S.A.
Ornellas earned a Bachelor of Arts in agronomy at State University of Londrina and a postgraduate degree in administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas.
