The registration for the flaxseed variety CDC Valour is cancelled effective Aug. 1. CDC Valour will be removed from the variety designation list and will only be eligible for the grade Flaxseed, 3 Canada Western. The variety registration for the amber durum variety Plenty is also cancelled effective Aug. 1. Variety registration for the amber durum Sceptre was cancelled Oct. 24, 2014. Both varieties are removed from the variety designation list and will only be eligible for delivery into the grade No. 5 Canada Western Amber Durum.
