The Independent Professional Seed Association (IPSA) appoints Catherine Ballard as communications lead effective July 13, 2015.

Identified as a strategic pillar in a recent planning meeting with members, this new role highlights the importance of creating a strong communication structure for IPSA and its members.
Ballard studied at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, Arkansas where she competed on the tennis team. She is a recent resident of North East Arkansas, but is originally from Texas. She worked as an office manager for six years for a well-known figure in the fitness world. Including her experience as an office manager, she has worked for years in customer service and assisting.
