Today (Nov. 30), INCOTEC, an international seed enhancement company founded in 1968, announced it will open a new innovation center in the Netherlands Dec. 13.
According to the company, this innovation center is the hub from which its research and development, sales and marketing teams will work in close collaboration on market-focused and ground-breaking innovations in seed enhancements for customers. Incotec improves and enhances seeds for food production and has facilities all over the world.
INCOTEC was acquired by speciality chemical company Croda at the end of last year. INCOTEC has invested nearly 3 million euros in this new research center. The company says this shows the its commitment to investing in the European business. INCOTEC recently announced that it will invest $4 million in one of the production facilities in California.
