This spring the National Garden Bureau (NGB) will host four influential garden communicators during the California Spring Trials, with the goal of connecting originating breeders and brokers with consumers.
This year’s garden communicators include Tracy Blevins of PlantsMap, Karen Chapman of Le Jardinet and Fine Foliage, Gail Pabst of NGB, Erin Schanen of The Impatient Gardener, and Marianne Willburn of Small Town Gardener.
During the trials, held April 14-19, the garden communicators are given a unique opportunity to see the origination point of many of their favorite plants and get an insider’s view of the industry. Sponsoring companies include: All-America Selections, American Takii, Ball Horticulture/PanAmerican Seed, Dummen Orange, Ernst Benary, Harris Seeds, Proven Winners, Sakata, Suntory Flowers and Syngenta.
