Syngenta today announced Eric Boeck has joined its U.S. Seeds business leadership team as Head of Marketing.
Boeck will lead Marketing for the growing business, which is focused on delivering unique, innovative, localized products and services to growers who are demanding choice, leading technology and trusted agronomic advice.
Boeck comes to Syngenta after more than 20 years with DuPont Pioneer, now Corteva Agriscience. Throughout his career, he has led teams in Sales, Marketing and Digital Agriculture. His most recent role was Commercial Digital Leader. He also led integration of the Granular Farm Management Software, EncircaSM and AcreValue products into the Agriculture Division commercial team.

Boeck began his career as an Ag Communications Manager in the Pioneer Johnston, Iowa, office before moving into District Sales Management in Wisconsin and Iowa, where he worked in both seeds and crop protection sales. Additionally, Boeck held positions as Sales Manager and Commercial Unit Lead in Illinois and Indiana. He earned a bachelor’s degree in animal science and dairy science from Iowa State University, and is an executive leadership graduate of Drake University.
