In talking COVID, Lizotte said they had to learn and communicate much differently with everyone working from home. Whether the technical challenges of making sure the phone system was top notch or ensuring the staff had a positive mindset and their mental well-being was OK, this year was one for the books. And with the influx of new gardeners due to the pandemic, Lizotte tackles the one question top-of-mind: Will I have enough seed looking to the spring of 2021 to fulfill the demand?
