- Norm Dreger has more than 30 years of experience in agri-business. Today he serves as a consultant with Osborne Interim Management in Calgary, Alberta. He has experience working with companies and cultures around the world, building revenue, managing a variety of teams and working hand-in-hand with customers.
- Phil Durst is a field-based educator at Michigan State University extension where he uses his more than 30 years of experience to work with farmers. He specialized in how to improve employee management on farmers and has published multiple papers on the subject. He also serves as the president of the National Association of County Agricultural Agents.
