Talk It Out is an expansion of Do More Ag’s Community Fund. With our commitment to change the culture of mental health in agriculture, we are proud to bring you this free opportunity to join your peers every second Wednesday to chat about mental health, and ask any questions you may have with our moderator.
The Talk It Out sessions will be led by mental health professional Lauren, we invite you to join us to talk more, ask more, and listen more, about mental health.
About The Facilitator
Lauren Van Ewyk is an engaging speaker, registered social worker, foster mom and agricultural mental health advocate. She also lives and works on an active family farm with her husband in Ontario.
