As of May 1, DLF Seeds has closed the transaction to acquire PGG Wrightson’s seeds business and two new executive board members have been appointed — including Canada’s Robert Clark, president and CEO of DLF Pickseed.
As of today, the the board is is composed of Truels Damsgaard (CEO), Morten Andersen (CFO), Søren Halbye (Greater Europe), Klaus K. Nielsen (R&D), John McKenzie (Oceania), Niels Mikkelsen (MariboHilleshög), Robert Clark (North America) and Søren Ustrup (South America).
Damsgaard welcomed his new colleagues in the PGG Wrightson Seeds teams in New Zealand, Australia, Uruguay, Argentina and Brazil to the DLF family.
