The ACLP is currently recruiting a managing director according to a release. This is a part time role that is currently based remotely with regular trips to Brussels. In the future the role would have a permanent office in Brussels.
The ACLP drives innovation in plant breeding and offers customized solutions to overcome challenges, like accessing patented traits and securing genetic material for plant breeding. The organization is open to working with any size company that has tangible assets in Europe. The ACLP can enable access to commercial varieties for breeding and marketed patented traits on fair conditions. Euroseeds, an organization representing the seed sector in Europe, supports the ACLP, which is located in Brussels as a non-profit.
The managing director will be responsible for representing the ACLP to third parties.
