Lisa Branco is the General Manager of Radicle Seed, where she leads strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations for the company’s independent seed business. With deep roots in California agriculture, Lisa brings more than two decades of experience in research coordination, grower relations, and policy advocacy.
On top of her role at Radicle Seed, Lisa is also a leading advocate for creating rewarding career opportunities for the next generation. She is currently the President of Monterey County Agricultural Education as well as serves on California Seed Association’s Board of Directors and UC Davis’ Seed Biotechnology Center Advisory Council. Lisa earned her degree in agricultural business from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and is known for her strong leadership and commitment to advancing seed and sustainability innovation
