The WSA 2025 will be held October 27-30, 2025 at the Sheraton Crown Center in Kansas City, MO. Rooms will be available for check in on October 27 and check out October 31, 2025. The convention will begin on Monday, October 27, 2025, with an Opening Night Reception at 5:30pm and will conclude on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at 5pm. Room rates will be $208 per night plus tax with a one-night deposit due when making the reservation.
For those companies with a suite in previous years, WSA will be reaching out to you in early March to discussion options and confirm suites for 2025. Suites will be available for check in on Sunday, October 27, 2025, and check out October 31, 2025. There is a three-night minimum.
