Wow, what a year!
I want to wish you and yours a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! If you celebrate Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza or any other traditions, I hope you are richly blessed during this season. I also realize this is a tough time for many people and I hope that you gather people around you that make you feel warm, appreciated and valuable.
We’ve had such a great year at Seed World. Over the holidays, we’ll be sharing our favorite stories of the year. If you’re a newsletter subscriber, you won’t receive a new one until after the New Year, but you can visit our website each day to read some of our best stories of 2024.
We are also well into judging for the Seed World Global Innovation Showdown. We are reading about some incredible innovations and will be narrowing the list and trying to finish up that process early in the New Year. I know you’ll be amazed at what your peers are doing.
Most of all today, I’m thankful for you dear readers. I can hardly believe I’ve been in this role for a little more than a year. I love being able to write stories that touch so many parts of our seed sector. Please, please let me know what you’re up to. I’m always looking for a story idea, contacts for sources and ways to get to know you better.
