Ellen Kullman to Retire as CEO of DuPont
Ellen Kullman, chair and CEO of DuPont, announces that she will retire from the company effective Oct. 16. On that date, Edward Breen, a current member of the DuPont board of directors, will assume the role of interim chair and CEO of DuPont.
