DuPont Pioneer’s Bill Niebur Furthers U.S.-China Relations


The Foreign Policy Group of the Pacific Power Index recognized Bill Niebur, DuPont vice president of DuPont Pioneer North Asia, as one of the Top 50 people shaping the future of the U.S.-China relationship.

Niebur graduated from Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science. After earning his doctorate in plant breeding and cytogenetics from the University of Minnesota, he began his career in maize research.

During the past five years, Niebur has been based at Pioneer’s Beijing office where he leads China operations to supply the Asian marketplace with seed and support.
